Service description
1. What is Squarefeed
Squarefeed is a software product that helps online stores promote their products. It receives product information from the customers and generates a data feed file to be used in the customer’s Google Merchant Center or Facebook Ads account. In addition to this, Squarefeed can create Google Shopping campaigns in their Adwords account.
2. How to sign up
Users can sign up for an account at https://squarefeed.io.
2.1 Free Trial Terms
Your trial starts immediately after sign-up. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins, and Adobe will automatically charge your payment method at the rate stated at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis.
If you cancel before the end of your trial, your payment method won’t be charged. You may cancel your trial by visiting the “Accounts settings” page under your account.
Your eligibility to use a free trial offer is determined solely by Squarefeed. Your access to any free trial offer is provided at Squarefeed’s sole discretion.
3. Billing and Payments
Squarefeed fees are month to month with different pricing depending on the selected package. The fees are payable in advance for a service duration of 30 days. Once the customer signs up, the subscription continues month to month until the customer cancels and we will automatically bill the customer’s payment method at regular intervals depending on the sign up date.
Our pricing is subject to change at any moment without prior notice.
4. Cancellation
Customers can cancel our service at any time from the “Account settings” section of their account.
5. Refunds
In case you are not happy with the service, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of your initial order. Simply contact us at support@squarefeed.io and we will issue a refund. Should you cancel after 30 days, your payment is non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Squarefeed will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer the Services. We do not guarantee that the services will be performed error-free or uninterrupted or that we will correct all service errors. Customer acknowledges that Squarefeed does not control the transfer of data over communication facilities and that the service may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of such communication facilities. The customer also acknowledges that Squarefeed is not responsible for services carried out by 3rd parties such as Google, Facebook, Instagram or web hosting and web development services that the customer might be using.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill use, or data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the services or any other aspect of the adespresso terms. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the services or your account or the information contained therein.
7. Third party policies
By using Merchant Center, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service, Google’s general Privacy Policy, as well as the product policies at https://www.google.com/merchants/policies.html and https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6008942.
When accessing Facebook or Instagram services, you are responsible to comply with all of their terms, conditions, policies and guidelines which they may impose on their users including those published at https://www.facebook.com/terms.php, and https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/
